1. ለሁለተኛ ዲግሪ/ Lecturer /አመልካቾች ውጤት ለወንዶች 3.50 እና ከዚያ በላይ፣ለሴቶች 3.35 እና ከዚያ በላይ፤እንዲሁም የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ውጤታቸው ለወንድ
3.00 እና ከዚያ በላይ፣ለሴቶች 2.75 እና ከዚያ በላይ ያለው/ላት፡፡ለአካል ጉዳተኞች 3.15 እና ከዚያ በላይ፤እንዲሁም የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪውጤታቸው 2.50፣ለታዳጊ
 ክልልና አርብቶአደር አካባቢ 3.15 እና ከዚያ በላይ፤እንዲሁም የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ውጤታቸው 2.50 እና ከዚያ በላይ፤ለሁሉም አመልካቾች የመመረቂያ ጽሑፍ B+
(Very Good) እና ከዚያ በላይ መሆን ይገባዋል፡፡

5. የትምህረት ማስረጀቸው ከሃገር ውስጥ ትምህርት ተቋማት ከሆነ ኦፊሻል ትራንስክሪፕት ማስላክ የሚችሉና በውጭ አገራት ትምርታቸውን የተከታተሉ ተወዳደሪዎች
የትምህርት ደረጃ አቻ ግመታ እና ሰነድ ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
6. ከረዳት ፕሮፌሰር በላይ ማስታወቂያ በወጣባቸው መደቦች አመልካቾች መደቡ ክፍት ሆኖ ባለበት በማንኛዉም ጊዜ ማመልከት ይችላሉ፡፡
7. ለሁለተኛ ዲግሪ አመልካቾች ዕድሜ ከ 45 ዓመት መብለጥ የለበትም፣ፆታ አይለይም፡፡
8. ለአንደኛ ዲግሪ አመልካቾች ዕድሜ ከ 35 ዓመት መብለጥ የለበትም፣ፆታ አይለይም፡፡
9. ደሞወዝ በከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ስኬል መሰረት ይሆናል፡፡
10. የምዝገባ ቦታ፡-አዲስ አበባ (መገናኛ - ለም ሆቴል አከባቢ ከሚገኘው የአዲስ አበባ መሬት ልማት አስተዳደር ህንፃ ጀርባ) ባለው የመደ ወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጉዳይ

11. የምዝገባ ቀን ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ጊዜ አንስቶ ባሉት ተከታታይ 10 የስራ ቀናት ይሆናል፤
