Sample review process, below is the meeting re cap for your necessary arrangement and actions please.

Discussion points and action to be taken:
 Virtual sample review process implementation is highly important due to the business needs
and country situation.
  Samples are not to be sent to BRAND without approval from TD
 Samples to be reviewed between 9am – 6pm
 Samples will not be reviewed on the weekend so plan accordingly
 Sourcing should book the meetings for sample review in your Outlook calendar and attach the
sample list to the invite.
 Fabric, trims, packaging on the sample to be reviewed and approved by sourcing prior to TD
sample review.  Sourcing to manage this directly with the factory and brand. 
 Factory will be responsible for any delays due to poor quality submissions or samples having to
be rejected for comments not being followed, packaging being missing etc.
 Vendor is requested to have PRIORITY list for each brand  provided by the  VFB sourcing team.
 Every vendor needs to assign technical persons for VF account to closely work with VF TD.
 Sample measurements and comments from vendor should 100% accurate  with full
transparency  of findings. VF TD will  validate in zoom call  when required.
 Virtual sample  review will not proceed unless all requirements are  met
 Virtual sample review PPT file  can be sent to the  vendors by request
 TD’s virtual sample review capacity per day like- Outerwear Jkt 3 styles, Bottom 4 styles and
Polo/T-shirt-5 styles approx.
 Vendor needs to send  a weekly sample schedule to VFB TD(Ruptanu & RUMI) for incoming
week planning. Please send every Thursday.
 Once PP sample is approved vendor responsible person will seal/locked sample with approved
PPS comments and take pictures & share with VF TD by e-mail for record. We will provide the
sample seal/lock with proper document processing as per requirement.Ref PP sample vendor
should send to attn: VFB sourcing team in office.

