making strategies. The analysis and recommendations below are based on my review of your
company. The analysis below is based on information provided by your staff. Therefore, our
recommendations should be tempered by your knowledge of business realities and your market.

RECOMMENDATION ON KEY STAKEHOLDERS 1

Analysis & Recommendation

After analyzing RGV Inc., information provided. I can say that the company profits are declining

rapidly, and at a constant rate. My recommendation is with the selection of internal and

external stakeholders such as clients, board members, supervisor, directors, investors, local

government and suppliers. They play an important role in the daily activities, operations,

projects, and activities. These stakeholders can also help expand and build up the RGV Inc.
RECOMMENDATION ON DATA COLLECTION 2

Analysis & Recommendation

The data can be tracked as sold, shipping, delivered costs, inventories, and even customer

satisfaction surveys. Quantitative Data should be collected and should be about numerical

statistics in the company. Helps the company by using incorporating mathematical analysis, and

information about visual statistics; such as net gross profit, margin, revenue, sold, etc.…

Qualitive Data is also important in the company it gives the company important information

about consumer behavior, demographics, and preferences. The company can collect qualitive

data in things regarding help increase customer satisfaction and promoting company brands.

RECOMMENDATION ON PROCESS FOR DATA COLLECTION 3

Analysis & Recommendation

Becoming familiar with the data, identifying the data, and creating a chart. An Excel document

provides a lot of templates such as charts, diagrams; where the company can use to see the progress

and changes. Data should be collected and stored. Depending on the collected data the company

should change it so that it may be effectively accomplished. The company should collect by gross

profit margin, sold products, and specially customers. Profit margin data collection are useful to

assess the company financial status. Collecting data will allow to evaluate what products are in high

demand and which one are not. Customer service data is the most important it involves complains,

and issues that can help improve the customer relationship. Proper data storage is very important, it

can be stored in a USB, CD, DVD, hard drive, computer files, and RAM. It will allow for the
company to go back and review it when needed. I recommend the company to ask some KPQ’s

questions like:

 Have we meet the goal for this past month?

 Are we offering our customers the best prices?

 How is the customer satisfaction?

In identifying an important KPQ, all KPQ are important to measure several equations, and

calculations. Based on the data in the excel document sport data sales company I would say that

relative market share allows to them to compare their growth with a larger competitor company

market. Relative market share % = organization’s market share/ largest competitor market share.

It’s important to be track of the KPQ because it allows them to see if they are either doing good

sales allow managers to compare relative market positions different products markets.

Analysis & Recommendation

I recommend that the company team members and stakeholders a data visualization graph. It

would help them have a better understanding of the critical issues. It can also help them by

viewing it to better understand what the graph information is representing and check if

performances have been accomplish. The type of data visualization I will recommend is using a

pie chart, it will help make it easier to analyze the products and check if they are been sold or

not.

Self-Assessment

After completing this project, I learned that they are a lot of information to take into

consideration when running a business. once a company is aware of the issue that is rising, the
company must act and figure out a plan. The selection of internal and external Stakeholders is

very important because they can help build up RGV Inc., when sales are declining.

This assignment has help me out by having a better understanding of how a company works.

Data visualization plays an important role when wanting to understand the data in a chart, line, or

graph. KPQs also plays an important role by knowing about goals, and specially about customers

satisfaction.
