Dear Mr. William:


I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to my organization due to me. The items purchased by
me to upgrade the servers of our company got defective. I understand the inconvenience caused
to the company and customers.

The shipped product did not meet the quality and standards that they have been delivering for the
last five years. I am analysing what went wrong and very soon let you know the details. Till then,
I assure you that this type of mistakes will never happen again in the future. I understand our
customers have full faith in our products, and they should continue to do so without any doubt.

I really love the work that I do. I ensure that I cannot let my work falter again. I am taking every
action necessary to ensure that I do not repeat this poor performance again. I apologize for the
inconvenience again and promise you that this will not be repeated in the future. Please accept
my apologies for this incident.
