SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

That, I, DIANA ROSE B. AKIATAN, of legal age, Filipino and with

residence address at Block 76 Lot 25, 12-21 St., Villamor Air Base, Pasay City,
Metro Manila have made, constituted and appointed NENITA B. AKIATAN, of
legal age, married and with same address as previously mentioned, to be my
exclusive, true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and
stead, to do the following acts and things:

1. To acquire/purchase the property identified as Block 3 Lot 34 of

ISTANA Subdivision located at Malagasang, Imus, Cavite;

2. To transact, sign, execute and deliver a contract(s), assignment of

rights and any and all related documents on my behalf in relation to
the purchased property;

3. To pick up Contract to Sell, Option to Purchase, Title and other

documents related to my property;

4. To perform any other acts that will facilitate the speedy and smooth
realization of my transaction with

authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all interest and purposes as I might or

shall do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
