Find the SURFACE AREA of the pyramid.
1.
SA of pyramid
= (1 x area of square) + (4 x area of triangle)
= (16 x 16) + (4 x 1/2 x 16 x 20)
= 896 cm^2

ANS: 896 cm2


Find the SURFACE AREA of the pyramid.

SA of pyramid
= (1 x area of square) + (4 x area of triangle)
= (1 x 18 x 18) + (4 x 1/2 x 12 x 18)

= 4525.71 cm^3

Vol of sphere = 4/3 x pai x r x r x r


= 4/3 x 22/7 x 6 x 6 x 6
= 905.14 cm^3

No of spherical balls = Vol of cylinder / Vol of sphere


= 4525.71/ 905.14
= 5 spherical balls
