CAREER OBJECTIVE

I am a career oriented professional who is eager to accept a challenge. I am highly organized and detail
driven. I enjoy challenges and thrive on maintaining a level of professionalism and courtesy in every task
that I am assigned. I am seeking employment because I am the driver that will get results. I am proud of
my work and strive hard to exceed expectations. I am assertive and have a desire to bring my positive
energy and motivational spirit. My background is in Public Relations with a specialization in social media
management, crisis communication, and research for marketing. I also have experience in middle level
education through internship and additional training provided by the county.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Server, To-Go Specialist, Hedawait-Outback Steakhouse December 2019-Current
I currently switch between serving, working to go, and managing money in the evenings. When working
to go; I process payments, take orders over the phone, run food out to cars, and efficiently bag orders for
pick up and delivery. When I headwait; I am responsible for collecting everyone’s money, processing
credit card batches, counting the bar and to-go drawer, processing everyone’s tipshare, counting and
dropping the day’s money accurately, and then paying everyone through an application called Instant.

Hospitality Manager-Topgolf Birmingham September 2018-November 2019


I was responsible for providing internal support and training to new event ambassadors. I effectively
supported and managed staff to facilitate over $4.9 million dollars in event revenue. I have contributed to
the planning and development of five different event managers, in addition to a staff of 80. I've provided
written and oral communication to all members of the staff. I've implemented several creative and
interactive sales contests. I've introduced a new pre-shift initiative that has been instrumental in
contributing to the operations team's daily performance and communication. I maintained a high level of
positivity and extended genuine customer service in a culturally diverse venue. I maintained effective
relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.

Event Manager, Bayhost/Marketing Champion, Ace Trainer-Topgolf Jacksonville


September 2016-September 2018
I effectively managed and planned the events sold by the Event Sales Team. Ensured that the events were
properly executed and implemented. I created floor plans using three online platforms; HotSchedules,
Salesforce, and Google Docs to ensure that the events were successful including collecting monetary
balances. My work involved a high level of detail orientation and problem solving. I provided the analysis
at the end of the events to ensure that best practices were used and provided feedback. Before this I
served, trained new staff, and worked inreach and outreach events in the community.

Development Intern-The Jacksonville Humane Society May 2017-July 2017


My role was to provide creative development, writing, editing, proofreading of all social media content
and the marketing initiative. I prepared Press kits and scripts for radio and television. I managed different
campaigns on all social media platforms. In addition, I made media appearances, did grant research. I
created presentations including marketing action plans for many pet adoptions.
