Regarding to this position, I achieved my bachelor degree on Animal Science and Technology,
and a master degree in community and development. My main knowledge may not match with
agriculture. By the way, I used to be a volunteer; visit villages in remote area, explore on their
living, and I observe that agriculture and livestock is the main job which create income for
villagers. And I feel that if they could improve their productivity in both agriculture and
livestock, it will help them to improve their life as well. I am much desired to work with the
community development organization. This is why I decided to continue my Master degree on
“Community and Development”. By personally, I am motivated, active, fast learner, could work
well under pressure, and I am able to work in team and on site.

I believe that the combination of my knowledge and attitude, it would allow me to make a
valuable contribution to FAO in the position of a Assistant FAO Representative (Programme) -
FAO Representation - Laos. I look forward to bring my skills and enthusiastic interest in the area
of Project management for Lao agriculture development.
