Write a letter to the manager, explaining what the problems were and telling

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing with reference to your letter, where you politely requested a feedback of my
recent vacation organized by TravelWise.

Your service has an excellente reputation. However, we were very disappointed.

Firstly, the hotel was loceted in a dangerous area. Unfortunately, one day my wallet was
stolen from my pocket when I was walking near the hotel.

Secondly, the room was completely different from what had been presented in your website.
It was completely dirty. I actually changed rooms few times, however it seemed all the rooms
were in similar condition

Thirdly, I was very interested in the spa day an the bech trip, both of wiche were inclued in the
package price. But in the hotel, I had to pay an extra charge for the services.

I must ask you to refund all the costs of my vacation including extra charge for spa and trips
please.
