Marshalled Termination Assembly (MTA) I/O Cable Connector
Discussion An I/O cable connector on all versions of the APACS+ Marshalled Termination
Assembly (MTA) may have an incompletely threaded connection that would
prevent the marshalling cable from being securely attached to the MTA.

Low Risk There is a low risk that the user's property or products are affected directly. All
involved product(s) should be corrected when possible.
Corrective Action If you have an MTA with the noncoforming thread, please contact us to arrange
replacement.
Service Memo The actions directed in this Service Memo must be taken within 18 months of
Expiration Date the issue date. After that time, corrective action will be evaluated based on our
ability to provide the services at the time requested at billable rates and product
costs in effect at the time of the request.
