2. Installation & Wiring diagram
2.1 Installation Position
Please install the instrument in the following position.
Installation Method
Two types of installation, panel mounting and wall mounting.
Installation Position
To prevent rain and direct sunlight, the instrument should be installed indoors.
Well-ventilated position
To prevent the internal temperature rise, the instrument should be installed in a well-ventilated position.
Minimum mechanical vibrations
The instrument should be installed in the place with minimum mechanical vibration.
Horizontal
When installing instrument, please do not tilt left or right, try to remain horizontal (it can be tilted back to 30°).
Note
Condensation may occur if the instrument is moved to another place where
both temperature & humidity are higher, or if the temperature change rapidly. In
addition, measurement errors will result when using thermocouples. In this
condition, let the instrument adapt to the surrounding environment for one hour or
more before using.
The lifespan of LCD will be shortened (lower picture quality etc.) if the
instrument is used in high-temperature environment over a long period of time.
Please do not use the instrument in high-temperature (above 40 oC) environment.

Adjust (k×+b)
View scale 4.00- 20.00
When the input signal value has error, it can be fine-tuned.
Adjust(k×+b) 1.00 0.00 Adjustment formula: Display value = Measured value × K + B, K value defaults to 1. B
Burnout ―.―― value defaults to 0.
Suppose: After input 4 mA, display value should be 0 but shows 1, so B value can be set to
Filter 0.0 sec -1, the display value will change to 0.
Filter (0~9.9s)
View scale 4.00- 20.00
Set filter response. The higher the value that the more stable. On the contrary, the display
Adjust(k×+b) 1.00 0.00 is faster.
Burnout ―.―― E.g.: When filter parameters is 1.0 second, previous collected data is S0=10mA, current
collected data is S1=5mA. Filter parameter is set to f = 1, then (f * S0 + S1) / (1 + f) = 7.5mA.

2.1 Flow Settings
Suppose AVF7000’s flow range is 0~100 m3/h before compensation and 0~300kg/h after compensation, two interfaces
should be set for flow channel: one is flow configuration while other is input configuration.
Here AVF7000’s input signal (like 4-20mA) and flow range 0~100 m3/h (before compensation) need to be set.
