It helped me in improving my coordination with the team members. It let me know what
others think about me. So it will help me to gel up with them in a better way.

This workshop has made me more aware about my surroundings and helped me to know
the effect of my emotions on the team.

I will start meditating and exercising daily to have better control over my emotions.

I will talk with my coworkers and try to understand them.

It helped me to know the level of my communication skills and gave steps to improve it
so that I will be able to express my thoughts in a best way possible.

This workshop has helped me to understand lack how my communication skills some
times create misunderstanding.

I will make daily exercise a habit and will start making timetable

This workshop has helped me in developing self control and awareness about myself and
others.

It has helped me to learn about my emotion control. With it I will be able to handle
difficult situations successfully without getting stressed.
