    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. One page is of a maximum of 200 words, including stamps. Extra word will be charged.
    2. The actual calculation of words is done on the text translated by the translator.
    3. Original document should be demonstrated to the person-in-charge or the translator can refuse to translate the
    specific documents
    4. Translation for the Embassy of France is made from original certificate certified by the ministry of Foreign Affairs
    only, translated certificate is not acceptable for translation.
    5. Any paper that seems incorrect or unclear to read can be not accepted for translation.
    6. Full payment is required in advance at the time of submitting the documents, balance for extra word, if any is to be
    paid on delivery
    7. For technical, Legal, Specific or long (over 5 pages) translation, the delivery date of translation service is to be
    confirmed by the translator. Express translation can be not available.
    8. Alliance Française translates the submitted document and is not liable for the authenticity of the document.
