Answer:
DICE ANALYSIS:
To bring in and execute change in any organizations, management and policy makers
must consider analyzing hard factors in the subject of change management. Following
are the essential of these elements:
1) Duration
2) Integrity
3) Commitment
4) Effort

Duration:
It refers to the project time duration; to be specific it is the time duration between the
project reviews. For change execution a specific plan is laid out for reviewing the
progress at different time intervals. This helps in assessing the strengths and
weaknesses of the overall process and amendments can be made easily if some issue
is occurring in the project’s processes.

Integrity:
Integrity refers to the team’s proficiency and skills hired. To have a fertile and strong
change process employment process must be very accurate for hiring right skilled and
problem solving people. A quality team with a result leaning leader must be maintained
to attain achievement.

Commitment:
Commitment element refers to the seriousness and faithfulness of the upper level
management and senior executives towards the change process/project. To get the
team working and glued together Leaders play an important role by showing their
commitment to the cause. This is the basic step in any process when you need
outcomes from your team. Management’s communication is a necessity to have
everyone in their confidence about the process. Employees get confused and
demotivated if they feel that their management is not serious about this cause and they
are just over burdening the employees.
Effort:
This refers to the effort that employees put in for the new process of change. Managers
must make sure that lesser the effort for employees easier for the process to be
successful. If needed management must hire extra employees for the process so that
their regular don’t get extra burdens of workload

PRACTICAL IMPLICATION OF DICE ANALYSIS:

Working with and construction/building Company in HR & admin sections I would like to
implement this analysis over this organization’s project.
One of the projects of malls and apartment that they are making; DICE can apply on it in
the following way:

Duration: throughout reviews of the progress is being done by the CEO himself and his
team of engineers and quantity surveyors.
Score: is 2 points because after 2 or four months whole reviews are done.

Integrity: All qualified and professional team members are hired for this project including
experienced architects and interior designers from the field and experienced civil
engineers. The lower lever staff vendors hired is also from the relevant field and are
experienced & qualified for their jobs.
Score: is 1 point because all experienced and professionals are working

Commitment: Upper management is very committed to the process and is very much
connected with all the employees from upper till lower level. They communicate and try
solving every problem their employees face, but sometimes as they have other projects
to the management needs to overlook everything so things get slow.
Score: is senior management commitment C1 is 2 and local level commitment C2 is 1

Effort: Effort is on regular employees as well as when they need hire extra employees
from outside too
