1.1 Introduce yourself formally.

If you ever get the chance to talk to folks in a formal manner inside a meeting room or during a conference, 
the  way  you  introduce  yourself  is  very  important.  You  can  seize  many  opportunities  by  being  well‐
prepared. 

Join  Mutaz  while  he  talks  about  the  steps  that  you  should  take  into  consideration  when  introducing 
yourself formally. 

1) Introduce yourself and greet. 
 
‐ Say your full name and give a compliment. 
‐ Ask some questions (How are you?).  
‐ Include where you have heard about the company or the person you are talking to. 
‐ Use connections. 
‐ Tell more about yourself. 
 
2) Ask questions. 
 
3) Show that you are very excited for the conversation. 
 
4) End the conversation politely.
