that they can’t tire out trying to maximum phasing out.

Goals :

3. Reduce hard to breathe due to accumulation of secretion

1. Tools preparation
 Handscoon 1 pair
 Mask 1 piece
 Pot sputum ( like a glass ) 1 piece
 Tissue 1 piece
 Crock and platform 1 piece
 Warm water 1 a glass
 Dishtowel 1 piece
 Nierbeken 1 piece
 Stetoskop 1 piece
 Antiseptic gel 1 piece

2. Procedure
 Say hello and check name patient.
 Starting the purpose and execution procedur.
 Requesting patient approval.
 First, Wash your hand .
 Second, Maintain patient’s privacy.
 Third, Wear a handscoon.
 Fourth, Preparing the patient .
 Fiveth, Put a dish towel over the patient shoulder .
 Sixth, Place crock and platform close to the patient .
 Seventh, Put nierbeken the cracker ad the platform.
 Eighth, Ask patient to place two hands over the abdomen.
 Nineth, Teach patien to breathe deeply form their nose and then breathe trough
their mouth.
 Tenth, Ask the patient to breathe 3 times and for the third one to hold up 3
second and then cough violently.
 Eleventh, Offer a warm drink to the patient.
 Twelve, Ask the patient if he could repeat a procedure or not.
 Thirteenth, Pack the tools .
 Fourteenth, Tidy up the patien.
 Fiveteenth, Wash your hand.
 Conduct an action evaluation.
 Say good-bye to the pasien.
 Keep track of the activities in the patient medical record.
