4. FINDINGS - Presentation of the outcome listed in a succinct and
logical way, which may include:
(i) Summary of the opinions of various participants
(ii) Statistics, Figures or illustrations in support of your
points
5. CONCLUSIONS - Summary of the assessment of the current situation,
based strictly on your findings.
6. RECOMMENDATIONS - For future action, based on your conclusions
7. BIBLIOGRAPHY - A list, in alphabetical order, of all the resources
used in the compilation of your report. eg. books, online articles
8. APPENDICES - Supporting material such as maps, photographs and
questionnaires
