Online Exam Guidelines

1. Online Exam is found in the menu QUESTIONNAIRE > EXAM

2. The display is divided into two. The upper part is TAKE AN EXAM where all scheduled exams are
posted while the lower part is EXAMS TAKEN where all examinations taken already will be listed
with corresponding scores and remarks.

3. All exams have specific dates for them to be taken. The action “TAKE” will be displayed at the right
part of the exam while still on its active scheduled dates. When the schedule of the exam expires, the
exam can no longer be taken and action states “UNAVAILABLE”.

4. To take the exam, click TAKE.

5. When taking the exam, you can skip any question(s) and proceed to the next question(s) by simply
clicking NEXT button. As soon as you are done answering the last item, the questions you skipped
will appear one at a time when you click NEXT.

6. Bear in mind that you are under time pressure. The time for the exam is in same proportion as the
actual board exam which is 60 minutes for every 25 items.

7. In disconnected due to poor internet signal, be sure to connect right away as examination time
continues without any interruption. If you encounter difficulty in fetching data or resource
connection, just refresh it to continue with the exam.

8. Just like the board exam, the answers and solutions will not appear or shown while exam is in
progress.

9. When you are done with the exam, a FINISH button will appear. Click it to submit your exam for
checking. And immediately you will receive your score with corresponding remarks. Passing is 70%.

10. Below your score are two buttons REVIEW YOUR SOLUTION and TAKE ANOTHER EXAM.
Click Review Your Solution if you want to review your answer and to view the solutions. Click Take
Another Exam if you want to take another exam.

11. When you review the exam, everything will be displayed. The questions, your answers, the correct
answers and an optional button SOLUTION if you want to view the solution.

12. The exam will be transferred to the lower part under EXAMS TAKEN.

13. You can take the exam only once but you can review the solutions a multiple times.
