Dear Mr CEO of BUSINESS TRAVEL SERVICES

RE: COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SERVICES

I am writing to let you know that your quality level services are not being comfortable as much as we
expected

Lately we have been facing many constraints during the trips and its very painful and harmful for our
business perform as well as the business relationship between us.

I will start Chronologically mentioning the problems that affect your quality services.

1. Car rental

It has been huge difficult to find the reserved car, when we claim about it addition money is requested
and they are very rude and impolite.

2. Diverted Flight

This is the most of terrify problem, when a flight is diverted we have to pay for the arranged
accommodation and to share it due the lack of reservation with people we have not ever seen and they
are aggressive sometimes.

3. Lost luggage

After the flight we expect ever to find our stuffs, but sometimes they have lost and no clearance
feedback is given about find the lost luggage, even after munch later and it is terrify what can someone
do without their stuffs at arrival place.

4. Hotel Problems

To be honest your accommodation have no quality, safety and standard to receive anyone and any
business travel. You change suddenly the booked room and we have to know it at the hotel what is very
disrespectful.

I would appreciate if you consider the complains above mentioned and work on it.
