Discussed the Role of anti-state actors in violent extremism.

There is worst role of violent


extremism like Boko Haram ,ISIS, Talibans, AL-Alqaida, Al-Nasar, Al- Shabab. These
organizations are recognized as anti-state actors. These actors are also supported and funded by
different countries for the sake of their personal confidential social as well as political interests
which leads toward the basic ground for the violent extremism. There are different solutions
especially the enforcement of UN resolutions and conventions like PCVE to cut of the supply of
financial and arm support for the elimination of the anti-state role of these elements.

Vital Role NGO’s promoting Human Rights thoroughly discussed. There are hundreds of NGOs
( Non-Governmental Organizations ) and other local CSOs (Civil Society Organizations)
working for the promotion of Human Rights preventing Violent Extremism on National and
international levels under the umbrella of UN like, HRNG(Human Rights Network Group),
EDHI,SPFR(Social Partnership Foundation of Russia) and many other national and international
organizations from all over the world etc. It effect the diversity of issue towards the solution but
there is dire need to promote the cooperation between governments of Member countries and
NGOs, Civil Societies to work togather.
