 I, ALTO MARC A. EUGENIO, of legal age, single, Filipino, and resident of Barangay Bunol,
Guimba, Nueva Ecija, have named, do hereby MAKE, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT, RONALD T.
MAMANGUN, of legal age, married and presently residing United Arab Emirates, Dubai, as our true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following:
    
1. To sell, transfer and convey all whatever price and terms and conditions that he may deem
proper and fit, to whosoever may buy or purchase my registered motor vehicle in United
Arab Emirates, Dubai which is a Mitsubishi Lancer with Plate No. 40370R; Engine No.
4G94QT7078; Chassis No. JMYSRCS6A6U787672
 
2. To accept and collect full payment in his name and/or in my name, the proceeds of sale of
the afore described motor vehicle and sign for the receipt thereof;  

3. To sign and execute any and all documents of sale, transfer or conveyance of the
aforementioned motor vehicle;  

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact, full power and authority, to do
every act and things whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or lawfully do if present and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
