Greetings !

I am FERDINAND E. OQUIAS, single, a teacher I at Mambagongon Primary School,


Sitio Mambagongon, Poblacion , Lapaz, Agusan del Sur. I was hired last September 13,
2018

I heard that our Department of Education, Division of Agusan del Sur would release new
items for teachers. I am longing and I would like to grab this opportunity to request for
transfer to MANAWE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Manawe, Loreto, Agusan del Sur. I am
currently residing at Violanta, Loreto, Agusan del Sur.

I have this intent due to following reasons:


1. The area of my assignment was too risky to reach; I have to cross a lake during
flood and to walk muddy areas during the dry season;
2. That it is my greatest opportunity because my present station is far from my
residence hence time and travel expenses could be of great help;
3. That I am a bonifide resident of Violanta, Loreto, Agusan del Sur near to my
desired station and I am pretty sure that I can extend many services even
beyond official hours for the benefits of the children and a safer travel going
home;
4. Being a breadwinner of the family, I have my mother and siblings that really need
my support, attention, and care.
