    To God be the Glory!

    May I have the honor to request for transfer from my present workstation in
    Tayawan National High School, District 6 to any vacant school most preferably in Bais City.

    I am DANICA L. ESONA, 27 years of age, and presently residing at


    Brgy. Lo-oc, Bais City, Negros Oriental. I am currently teaching Senior High School at
    Tayawan National High School, Barangay Tayawan, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental which is
    around 112 kilometers away from my present address.

    My hope to be transferred made it necessary for me to submit a letter request


    and ask your good office for approval for the following valid and justifiable reasons:

    1. I am a nursing mother, and my son is staying at my mother’s house. I believed that


    travelling from my workstation (hinterland) through motorcycle going to proper
    Bayawan City , and from Bayawan City going to Bais City through driving a
    motorcycle is a big risk on my part. If given a chance, it would be more timely and
    important for me to transfer as soon as possible for me to take care and attend to the
    needs of my son if I will be with him.

    2. In connection with the foregoing issues about the plans of NPA against the
    government nationwide, I consider myself at risk as a wife of Police Officer and I will
    be travelling alone driving my motorcycle from Bais City to Pamplona and to
    Bayawan City going to the hinterland of Tayawan, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental.
    It was known several years back that Barangay Tayawan, Bayawan City, Negros
    Oriental is said to be the preferred route for NPA coming from the mountains of
    Pamari, Negros Oriental and has peace and order issues as it is known to be infested
    with NPA rebels. All these possible threats and dangers are encountered in many
    different situations and locations while travelling, so I am begging from your good
    office to help me to transfer in any vacant school within Bais District.

    Attached herewith are my pertinent documents for your reference.

    I hope that this letter request for transfer be given an utmost positive and
    favorable response.
