Subject: Letter of Intent for School Transfer

Dear Sir,

My name is Rey Chell Ann O. Baquilar, and I was a student at Andres Bonifacio College located
in Dipolog City. I am hereby writing this letter to allow me to transfer to your school. I would
like to transfer here because my family lives in Rodriguez Rizal. I took my first semester in
Mindanao following the advice of my mother, but I had difficulties in communicating with the
locals since I can’t speak/understand Cebuano/Visayan language.

I would really appreciate if you will consider my request and grant me this permission, I am
always ready for any process that I might be required to undergo for this to be complete. Thank
