1. Concreting is required to be carried out at Jacobabad during summer season ,where

temperature is expected to rise upto 500c.What are the implications of constructions there and
what all measures will you take to mitigate the effects of hot weather.

2. House has developed large cracks in the foundation and masonry walls. Some of the wall
cracks are diagonal and some horizontal. Width of cracks varies from hair line to ¼ inch. The
wall was also found without DPC and moisture has risen up to the window level and plaster
is falling apart. Prepare a repair scheme for the house
