(Scaling up Organizational Accountability and Responsibility)

A 2-day webinar on Scaling-up Organizational Accountability and

Responsibility, I have come to realize how important my role as a public school
teacher especially in this crisis.

In this challenging time, in COVID-19 the lives of people were extremely

affected. It has made our lives radically different. However, as teachers we need to
be “RESELIENT” in spite of so many challenges in the midst of this COVID - 19
crisis.Department of Education doesn’t stop because of the pandemic, instead
continued with the new-found different online platforms which serve as a roadway
over an obstacle to push through education.

Not only students need education,teachers need an aid as well to cope this
drastic changes. Speaker said..”what we can share if we do not have” First and for
most, we teacher must be equipped and be prepared psychologically in dealing
stresses and anxiety within our selves so that we can manage the same as to
students with turmoil in their state of well being brought by this COVID - 19.

Department of Education continue scaling up organizational accountability by

providing varied modality that will help teachers to significantly aid the teaching-
learning process, the capacity building of teachers and parents which is very crucial
to the growth and development of the child, the availability of technology for both
teacher and student. As teacher,I am willing to take responsibility to my self and for
the learning of my learners.
