Reliable Internet connection’s importance in Public and Health Services

In our current situation, through the use of a reliable internet connection our
frontliners can get timely mandates upon what to do and updates on the situation so that
they can act accordingly. Through memorandum issued by the DILG regarding the status
of the quarantine situations, the rules corresponding to the level of the quarantine is
implemented by the Philippine National Police and the Local Government Units at the
border checkpoint to which they conduct a thorough check of individuals trying to enter
their area of responsibility.

The data gathered from a Region can be sent timely to the Department of Health
through the use of the internet. It helps them to make their statements reliable regarding
the current situation. Reliable connection also updates them whether if cures/vaccines or
any of such have been formulated or found.

Reliable internet connection helps them to verify and clarify news, from the legit
news from hoax, which can stir up the public into a frenzy if not addressed timely.

Reliable Internet Connection at the point of view of education

The Department of Education and Commission on Higher Education has urged
the schools to go online, in teaching their students. As of the moment our school is
implementing it. Giving outline to their students to have a look on them and comprehend.
This is a solid example of the importance of reliable internet connection. Right now I am
complying the requirements given by our school through the use of the Internet. Some of
the professors have given an online class by going live on facebook and discussing their
topics. The fast internet connection allows them to have a smooth video conferences
when teaching. As of the moment reliable internet connection facilitates our needs in the
education.

Reliable Internet connection to the view of the nation as a whole

Internet connection is the key for reliable information to be disseminated in the
modern days. The nation in every day is in need of vital information which is gathered
throughout the country.
Information which can set the tone of days to come in our country. Reliable
connection gives us the ease of access to information, entertainment, business, etc.
Give your two-cents on what should/could the government do in order to provide a
better Internet Service to the nation
Our government must open up a new spot for a third player on the service
providers to make more choices on the side of the public. The two giants of the market
have no competition that’s why they do not look for further ways to improve their
service. The government should outsource to their allies for the technology that they
have, for instance the technology that South Korea have. The government should rattle up
the cages of big players in the market to update and solidify the tech and hardware that
they have to provide more efficient service.
