Standard Operating Procedure

( via runner - GrabDelivery/ Bungkusit/ Lalamove/ Gogetter/private runner)

1. Customer places order – via FB/ Website/ Whatsapp/


2. Payment details given to customer.
3. Customer makes payment – account CIMB (Moshee Shoppe Enterprise)
 First option : Customer pays for food + delivery . We pay for delivery upfront.
 Second option : customer pays for food only, and pay for delivery upon receiving
order.
4. Payment confirmation by admin.
5. Admin sends customer’s order to Chef.
6. Chef starts preparing order – inform estimated time of preparation.
7. Admin orders a runner 5 minutes before estimated time of delivery
(+ provide Chef’s number for runner to contact upon arriving)
8. Runner gets order & deliver to customer.
