BACKGROUND OF THE PROBLEM

Social media marketing is a current trend with advertisement. Due to technology,


industries evolved from e-marketing, to digital marketing and now social media
marketing. Today, marketing products or services in leading platforms as youtube,
facebook and instagram is a game changer and way more practical since most of the
prospect customers are entitled to phones and internet access.

With social media comes with social media influencers, where they may showcase their
talents, lifestyles, skills, or probably lifehacks that are appealing enough to gather
folllowers. With these influencers, will the sales increase if they will be the endorsers?

B.STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The significance of the study is to know if the sales of a product or service increases if it
is endorced by social media influencers. And what platform work best?

Here’s the Psychographic segmentation:


1. Does costumers think that social media influencers are effective in increasing
sales?
2. Which from Youtube, Facebook or Instagram is the better platform?
3. Does the popularity of an influencer gives more advantage in sales?
