The whole world has turned into a global village. Every domestic country is exceeding the
boundaries of its nation to realize an optimum allocation of resources in the human resource.
Therefore, in-depth understanding of human resource trade has become an imperative part.
Therefore, to have more and more knowledge of human resources , I have completed my graduation
in Business Administration. Moreover, I was working with the Radisson Blu Hotel as a Human
Resource Assistant from last 2 years and before this I also worked with a placement consultancy as a
Manager Recruitment for almost 2 years. I am further planning to pursue my Post graduation
diploma in Human Resource Management whereby I would be exposed to Human Resource cultures
required to be succesfull in multinational organization. With the lack of internatonal education, I am
stuck to the very small entreprises but with the higher education from Canada, I will be able to get
enrty into global organizations with good perks.

I have completed my Bachelors in 2014 and join a job consultancy for 2 years. After that Radisson Blu
Hotel give a opportunity to join there as an HR Assistant, I workrd there almost for 2 Years. My
father is a Retired person from Indian Army, we are 4 siblings. I was always interested to obtain
overseas education due to huge demand in Indian industry for professional having blend of
international education and few years of experience in English speaking countrybut due to financial
issues as my Parents have to support my siblings as well I did’not get the platform. My father was
only income earner in my family , due to this I joined job for fulfiling my family needs. After 4 years
of working I got a marriage proposal from a very good guy, We shared our dreams and he is happy to
support me for my further education and understood my career plan of joining a reputed
international organization with handsome salary so that we can live a decent life ahead.

Why Human Resource Management:-.

 ● I have done graduation in BBA and studied subjects like Human Resource Management,
Business Environment , Financial Management, Production and operation management,
Organizational behavior, Business communication , Entrepreneurship and managing small
medium business. Also, I have relevant experience in Human Resource Mangement. So the
Chosen course is relevant to my previous course of study. The program is really helpful for
me for extending my business understanding beyond the domestic environment. This broad-
based program will explore my field of management both in theory and through practical
applications. I would be able to learn international human resource research and
analysis,operation management, international marketing, management and leadership,
corporate social responsibility management through this program.

importantly, the college emphasize practical, hands on learning for the all programs.

● By studying this course will give me an opportunity to work at international level. I can work
as international human resource manager, business development manager, corporate social
responsibility manager, business consultant.

After completion of the course, I can work as HR Manager in reputed companies at my home country
with a starting salary of Rs 6 Lakh -7 Lakh per annum. With the international education from Canada,
I can get a salary of Rs 8 Lakh -10 Lakh per annum in companies like Reliance, Tata etc. I belive that
Human resource is core department of all organization and giving good performace in this industry
will lead me to get more appraisel and reputed positions in next 10-15 years of time.

I am really thankful to my Parents for motivating me through out my life. I would also like to thank
my loving husband for his support and I would really like to fulfil the dreams we have planned for
ourselves. I will surely miss him but I am also excited that these few years investment will also help
us build better future life for us.
