REST RELIEVES STRESS

Closing the eyes, raising both of your hands as you stuck them altogether,
placing them right in front of your chest as you breathe in, breathe out. Meditating,
concentrating and collecting whatever you are feeling as you open your eyes,
realization hits you. Yeah right, you had to pass your requirements, you had to compete
with the other schools, you have speech to present and a dance to perform.
Stress is a major tension and worry caused by the rush of work, families or
behind studies. As a student, they sometimes experience this tension because they had
to rush something in order to pass it on due time. Stress clouds up the mind which as
the worries are filing up, the minds are now being jungled with each other not knowing
what to do next, the energy as well as the mood falls down.
The students nowadays prefer to do things on a rush state, they just take
everything as an easy go lucky one that once that the dead line is near, they would be
rushing things out that they won’t now be able to retaliate what do they have to do first
which causes the worry in our mind making it think many things surprisingly, forcing it
to function faster though it can’t for the mind is not ready for that stage.
If there are students who are eager to go on top, well there are also the youth
who prefers to spend their time on the internet and online games but there are also
benefits of a computer, and that would be for research and encoding for presentations.
Computer also serves as their entertainment and enjoyment purposes, though it gives
more stress which you can’t imagine and there will comes out the idea.
Overthinking increases the tension on our mind making our mind throb and prick
like it would come out from our head, a human often overthink things like foreseeing
the future already which is a wrong idea because it makes us anxious on things. Mind is
powerful it can control your emotions and actions. Once that our mind is not on its
state, expect the reality that you would get the feeling of anxiety making your hands
sweat unstop and your heart bits rapidly that concludes to a nervous presentation.
In amidst of commotions and stress, there are ways to handle every situation
productively. Twenty first century learners should be flexible in various learning habits
to become successful. Time management, setting priorities, making checklists, listen to
experts, mind setting are various ways to help an individual cope up with
circumstances. There are many ways but people forget one significant thing – to rest.
Rest is a form of relieving your mind and body the peace that it needs in order
for them to be able to function well. And that is an important practice for humans. A
human should take a break once in a while by the means of resting. It could be by
taking a nap or a complete sleep but it could also be sitting and massaging your
forehead and that is a must for the students lately. As it is said, some students prefer
to do their requirements in a rush state, therefore, every once in a while, whatever you
are doing, you should rest and do the task tomorrow, well, you would be rushing the
other day, but at the very least, you had the rest which your bodies needed at the
same time your energy is doubled because rest relieves stress.
