It’s common for guys who are having erection problems to resort
to pills and medication.
While Viagra definitely works, it should not be relied upon in any but the
most severe cases.
First, Viagra treats the symptom of the problem — erection quality — but
does nothing to address the root cause.
The root cause of weak erections is an imbalance of “sexual
energy”, otherwise known as “life force”.
The human body is a system. You cannot fix any one part (the penis)

Before trying anything else to fix ED, you should work on getting your
testosterone levels way up.
The secret to higher testosterone levels is sleep.
Testosterone is derived from cholesterol, which is produced during deep
REM sleep.
For this reason, optimizing your sleep is the most important thing
you can do for overall sex drive and erection quality.
1. Go to bed early to ensure you’re getting at least 9 hours a night.
2. Get blackout blinds in your room so that you sleep in total
darkness
3. Ensure that all electronic devices are turned off in the room you
sleep in to avoid the glow of LED lights
4. If you suffer from sleep apnea, consult your physician to have it
treated.

It might seem strange to link something like snoring to erection problems

Take the following supplements before going to bed each night,
and first thing upon waking:
1. Zinc (dosage recommended on bottle)

I lifted the basis of this supplement stack from Tim Ferris in his book The
4 Hour Body, and frequently recommend it to anyone who’s looking for

The zinc, vitamin D, fish oil, brazil nuts and almonds are all for T and sex
drive.
Although men are sold a wide variety of “herbal” pills and potions to
increase their testosterone, most of these so-called testosterone
boosters use ingredients which have no scientifically proven effect on
testosterone.

The only supplements which are scientifically proven to increase
testosterone levels are vitamin K2 (found in fish oil and butter), vitamin
D, zinc, and selenium (that’s what the nuts are for).
The garlic and vitamin D are a time-tested formula used religiously by
thousands of men across the world for harder erections.

Depending on your budget, you may also want to take citrulline


mallate.
Citrulline converts to nitric oxide within the body, which improves blood
flow and gives muscles a “pump”. Studies show that citrulline eases

In fact, the best way to use the food pyramid is to turn that motherfucker
upside down — make healthy fats and red meat the basis of your diet,
accompanied by generous amounts of greens and veggies, with a small
amount of healthy carbs like brown rice, yams and oatmeal.
Avoid trans fats, sugars and processed carbs like the plague.
Avoid low cholesterol diets.
Testosterone is derived from cholesterol, and if you’re depriving yourself
of protein and healthy fats, it’s likely that you’re seriously handicapping
your sex drive.
You should be eating plenty of grassfed red meat, nuts, fish and healthy
oils.

A two-minute google search will also reveal foods — such as


blackberries, dark chocolate and watermelon — that have been
scientifically linked to stronger erections.

This step is not mandatory, but may be helpful for many of you
depending on the severity of your erection problems.
Having spent nearly half a decade researching bio-hacking and the
biology of libido, I believe that all but the most severe erection quality
problems can be completely solved by abstinence from masturbation,
healthy diet, weightlifting and getting better at game so that you’re
fucking hotter girls.
That being said, many men find that doing regular penis exercises gives
them a serious edge in erection quality and stamina, and I’d be remiss if
I didn’t list the most popular ones here.

Your penis is 30-50% smooth muscle tissue.


This means that at least part of the the penis can be strengthened
and enlarged by exercise just like any other muscle group.
3 exercises and reported to get the best results in terms of improving
erection quality:
1. Kegels. To learn how to do a kegel, do the following: Next time
you’re urinating, stop the flow of pee. The muscle which you contract
to stop the flow of pee while urinating is the same muscle you’ll be
working with kegels. To do a rep of kegels, simply squeeze this
muscle, then release it. Kegels can be done at any time — whether

working at your desk or sitting in traffic. The more you work your
pelvic muscles, the stronger they will become, leading to a direct
improvement in erection size and stamina
2. Reverse kegels. If doing regular kegels, it’s important to also do
reverse kegels, or you risk creating imbalanced muscular
development in your pelvic floor (it’s a little bit like if you only
exercised your bicep without ever exercising your tricep — ultimately
it creates an imbalance which weakens this part of your body rather
than strengthening it.) To do a reverse kegel, squeeze the same
muscle you use to “push out a fart”. Obviously, do not actually try to
fart. Rather, you want to use this muscle. Making this “pushing out”
muscular contraction and releasing it constitutes one rep of reverse
kegels. Repeat these as frequently as you do regular kegels.
3. Wet handcloth exercise. Next time you’re in the shower, get a small
face cloth or handcloth, and run it under warm water so it’s soaked.
Now get yourself hard with self-stimulation, rest the towel over your
dick, and lift it by stiffening your erection. Try to do as many “reps” as
you can by lifting the towel with your penis up and down. Doing this
exercise just two times per week has been reported to significantly
increase soft penile tissue resulting in stronger, harder erections
when it’s time to perform.

THE FINISHING TOUCHES
If you’ve followed the other key steps in this system, you will have
no trouble getting hard during sex.
In fact, it’s likely that your real problem will be getting erections too often
and frequently wearing out your girl to the point that she’s too sore to go
on.
That being said, there are just a few last tips you should experiment with
if you want to ensure the hardest possible erection to rock her world.
1. If you’re using condoms, make sure to buy the thinnest ones for
maximum sensitivity.
2. For added sensitivity during sex, put lube inside the condom
before putting it on. This will simulate the feel of a wet pussy,
triggering your brain to think that it’s really cumming inside a girl and
resulting in greater hardness and enhanced sex drive.
3. Drink a lot of water up to and during sex. This is a simple but often
overlooked piece of advice. Without water, your cock becomes

4. Relax, and be in the present moment. The inability to get an
erection is more often caused by psychological factors than physical
