2. After you had seen the map, answer the questions. Use adverbs of time: first, after, then, etc.

Example: How I can go from the bus station to the baker’s?

First walk straight ahead on Queen’s Avenue to the north. After that, pass three buildings: the bookshop which is orange, a hotel that is blue
and the newsagents that is yellow. Then turn right on oxford street and walking. The bakery is next to the newsagents.

a) Which way is the best to go from the bus station to your house?
First walk straight down Queen Avenue to the north. After that, pass three buildings: the bookstore that is gray, a
hotel that is white, and the newsagents that are red. Then turn right onto Oxford Street and when you get to the bakery
turn left and walk past the mall this is my house.

b) Your friend wants to go to the bank because he needs some money. Explain him how he can go, from your house to the bank.
First walk down Higt St to the south. Then turn left on Oxford Street Then turn right on Oxford Street past the football
pitch, the cinema and the post office, walk the bank ahead of the post office.

c) After he gets the money, wants to visit the museum. Explain him, which is the way from the bank to the museum.
First walk straight onto oxford street east through the market and chemist´s.

down Higt St to the south. Then turn right onto Queen's Avenue, when you get to the school turn right onto Prince's
Road, the museum is after the church.

First walk straight on Prince's Road east, when you get to the school turn south on Queen's Avenue.

First walk straight down King's Way.

Then turn south on Queen's Avenue past the cinema turn west on Oxford Street.

The pub is located after the market.
