2. After you had seen the map, answer the questions. Use adverbs of time: first, after, then, etc.

Example: How I can go from the bus station to the baker’s?

First walk straight ahead on Queen’s Avenue to the north. After that, pass three buildings: the bookshop which is orange, a hotel that is blue
and the newsagents that is yellow. Then turn right on oxford street and walking. The bakery is next to the newsagents.

a) Which way is the best to go from the bus station to your house?
Walk up Queens Avenue where there are three buildings that is the bookshop, the hotel and newsagent’s, from there to pass
Oxford Street, there you will find some courts, in the next street turn right, walk to the corner of High St and is the blue two-story
house.

b) Your friend wants to go to the bank because he needs some money. Explain him how he can go, from your house to the bank.
Walk down to High St , turn left onto Oxford Street, pass Queens Avenue, go to the cinema and the post office, next to it is the
bank.

c) After he gets the money, wants to visit the museum. Explain him, which is the way from the bank to the museum.
Go back to Queens Avenue, walk down a street and turn left onto Prince’s Road, you will pass the school, then the church and
next to it will be the museum.

d) In the afternoon, you and he are going out to eat at a restaurant. Explain him, which is the way from the museum to the restaurant.

Walk back to Queens, turn right and walk down, turn right and walk on Oxford Street, pass two buildings and in the background
