2. After you had seen the map, answer the questions. Use adverbs of time: first, after, then, etc.

Example: How I can go from the bus station to the baker’s?

First walk straight ahead on Queen’s Avenue to the north. After that, pass three buildings: the bookshop which is orange, a hotel that is blue
and the newsagents that is yellow. Then turn right on oxford street and walking. The bakery is next to the newsagents.

a) Which way is the best to go from the bus station to your house?
First I head towards Prince’s Road, then onto Trinity College Road, I pass through Police Station blue with white, then I turn left
and go through Shopping Center it is blue and I get to my house blue.

b) Your friend wants to go to the bank because he needs some money. Explain him how he can go, from your house to the bank.
Go to Kin’s Way first and turn south on Queen’s Avenue, then turn left onto Oxford Street, go through the red cinema, then by
Post Office in white and further on is the white Bank with blue pillars.

and further on is the Yellow and Red Museum, on the corner of Park Road and Prince’s Road.

Leaving the museum we headed towards queens avenue street, we headed north we passed the pink bookstore, then we went
through Oxford Street, then we go through the red cinema, we turn left on Kin’s Way and next to the car park is the restaurant in
white with red.

e) At night, he is going to meet his friends in the pub. Explain him, how he can go from the restaurant to the pub.
Leaving the restaurant first he goes to Queen’s Avenue turn south, second turn left on Oxford Street, you pass in front of
chemist’s and the Market and you arrive at the Pub.
