 As we all know the life on the earth exist only


because of the oxygen.
 Oxygen is the most important part of the
atmosphere and it is necessary to sustain most
terrestrial life as it is used in respiration.
 One cannot perform even a single activity without
the oxygen.
 A living being can only survive for 3 minutes
without the oxygen.
Oxygen- What makes it life?

 The air that we breathe is so vital to us that without


it we would rapidly.
 Clean air consists of various gases.
 In modern times, 19%-21% of oxygen is present in
the clean air, but in the ancient times air consisted
of 40% of the oxygen.
 Our body consists of four basic life-supporting
components:
 carbohydrates, water, proteins and energy.

 These components help in the generation and


maintenance of all our body processes.
 Most scientists agree that oxygen is actually an
over-riding key ingredient in all four of these of
these life-supporting components.
 80% of all our metabolic energy production is
created by oxygen! The human body is largely
composed of the oxygen as it is composed of the
other elements.

 Life ceases to exist if oxygen is not present in the


atmosphere even for the few minutes.
 If oxygen is inhaled in a proper and enough
quantity it will make the body stable.
 Oxygen is very important as it is essential to
perform every function of the body.
 It is very useful for the brain as it heightens the
concentration level, alertness and memory.

 90 % of our comes from the oxygen and only 10%


of the remaining comes from the food and the
water.
 Oxygen has lots of other advantages too, it is life as
it is essential to sustain the life on the Earth.
