Using Ms Word, in 4 to 5 paragraphs how does your work Immersion program change your
school school work life transition and create a brief summary of your 80 hours stay at citiglobal.

Workers serve as an essential unit of the industries, succes weren't able to be called one without them.
At times it's really hard getting a job that suits your interest, educational background, and even your
skills. However, these things are in inconsideration with regards to what your heart trully loves. In light
with this, there are lot of things that a person need to know and consider in order to fit in a job that you
wants.

Being a student studies under Work Immersion Program gives me a lot of encouragement to pursue
things, starting from room discussions, it really caught my interests since years from now, I know that
it'll be my turn taking up the path of an employee. It helps me to realize the importance of a real job,
maybe it's not that hard to get, yet, it's hard to constantly do things in order.

In addition, working as like on the job in Citiglobal, is a remarkable experience, it made me apply all the
things that I've learned from the room discussions. It was a great experience having my classmates as
co-employees and being able to work with professionals, it's really fascinating, to see how does a real
workplace works than just of sitting on a desk and spoon feds by the thoughts of it. It did really changes
my perspective in accordance to being an employee.

As the training ends, it made me realize one thing that could change me, it's 'communication is
everything' being part of the training team, does really needs good communication in order for your
team to do well and have a good bond, I can bring this concept on my daily basis for me to have good
relationship with my significant loved ones. In general, being a student of Work Immersion Program
taught me not just lots of objective ideas but motivational thoughts that could uplift myself and be
better. There are a lot more that I need to know, but one thing's for sure, One day, I'm going to achieve
what I want.
