Greetings from Aalim Muhammed Salegh Academy of Architecture. We welcome you

to the Academic year 2020- 21. As already informed to your parents through SMS last
week, online classes will commence from 8th July 2020. Tomorrow you are having
orientation programme. The timing & other details for tomorrow’s session is given
below.

BASIC ETIQUETTE FOR ONLINE CLASSES

 Please login 5 minutes before the time schedule given.

 Login the session with your Full name & Initial. Also mark your presence in the
chat box immediately after you log in & also before end of the session which will
be verified by the faculty for all the sessions,
 Find a quiet place, free from any kind of distraction (Family members, pets and
television)
 Maintain discipline and punctuality for all the sessions and be presentable with
decent dress code.
 Eating and drinking during class hours to be avoided.
 Students should be remain seated throughout the class
 Video needs to be ON to promote focus maintaining eye contact and for
enhanced learning.

 Stay on MUTE. Please click the “Raise hand” button if you would like to
participate/ contribute.
 Students should avoid casual chatting or typing in the chat box other than the
respective topics for discussion on that session.
 Please try to keep up the decorum of the forum.
 Network connectivity or any personal issues in attending online classes should
be reported as earlier as possible to the class coordinator.

This week schedule will be informed in tomorrow’s session. From 13 th July 2020
onwards, your theory classes will commence. The online class time slots from next
