you with additional peace of mind and financial protection. With annual protection you will enjoy permanent security and peace of mind for all your DHL Express shipments.
To enroll for Annual Shipment Value Protection, kindly fill in the following details :

The SVP charge is effective provided that the Customer agrees that:

2. Protection is limited to the value declared by you, replacement or reconstruction cost, invoice value or actual cash value, with no element of consequential loss. Evidence may
be requested to substantiate the declared value in the event of a claim,

5. All shipments shall be transported in accordance with the following:
(i) Customer has 30 days (subject to contract conditions) to register an SVP Claim from the date of shipment acceptance by DHL. If a claim is submitted after this period
without a reasonable explanation for the delay, DHL may not honour the claim
(ii) DHL, their insurers or their agents may inspect any damaged shipments
(iii) Customer shall not dispose of any damaged item or packaging that is the subject of a claim unless DHL, its insurers or their agents agrees in writing to such disposal
(iv) DHL’s standard terms and conditions of carriage printed on the reverse of DHL’s air waybill or available upon request will apply to the carriage of all goods transported by
DHL. This letter shall govern in the event of any conflict with any other agreements between DHL and Customer for the services described herein
(v) Shipment Value Protection charge of 1% of declared value or INR 600/- whichever is higher for Outbound shipments and/or 1% of declared value or INR 1200/- whichever
is higher for Inbound shipments will be applicable to all shipments transported under this agreement

We will treat this as authority to start providing the GOGREEN Carbon Neutral service and invoicing you for it.

We agree that DHL shall not be responsible for any Taxes (or interest or penalty thereon) which is arising on account
of our being unregistered under GST and our failure to properly remit or report any Taxes arising from the Services
provided by DHL. We promise to remit the amount invoiced / charged to us including GST by DHL for services
provided on agreed due date.
In case of any violation, breach or non-compliance of any of the GST provisions by me/us which will have an impact on
the benefits accruing to DHL under GST, or any costs, fine or penalty, then in such case, I / We undertake to keep DHL
fully indemnified and DHL will have all the rights to recover such amount of benefits from me / us, along with
applicable interest and penalty thereon, as prescribed under GST legislation.
I/We note that I/We will not be entitled to avail input tax credit arising from the amount invoiced for Services provided
by DHL, as I am aware that input tax credit would be permitted or can be taken by registered taxable person under
GST only.
This declaration may be used for all Customs or other regulatory and tax purposes and will be binding on me for all
shipments that are either consigned to me or shipped by me, irrespective of, who bears the freight cost.
