AUTHORIZATION LETTER FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE IN INDIA

This letter may be considered as our authorization to DHL Express (India) Pvt. Ltd. ('DHL'), including its group companies and their customs brokers and
agents, to act as our agent for the purpose of arranging customs clearance at various customs airports within India for all our Shipments, arriving into or
departing from, India under the provisions of the various Acts, Rules, regulations and procedure as laid down under the regulatory environment of India
to enable DHL to arrange clearance of Import / Export shipment on my/our behalf.
I/We also give our consent and authorize DHL to generate, sign, submit and file on our behalf, in physical form or digitally, the various forms like e-way
bill, bill of entry, shipping bill and other forms, as and when required, under various statutes for undertaking the carriage, clearance or delivery of
Shipment. Further, I / we undertake to make all payments towards duties and taxes paid on my behalf to DHL. I / we have been guided to abide by the
statutory requirements applicable for our Shipments and to keep myself / ourselves updated with all applicable acts and regulations for my Shipments.
I/We further declare that our Importer Exporter Code (“IEC”) number / GSTIN and Know Your Customer (“KYC”) are valid and we authorize DHL to use
the same while undertaking transportation and clearance of our shipments on our behalf.
This authority letter shall hold good for all proceedings and can be produced before Customs and/or any statutory authority to confirm the authorization

The SVP charge is effective provided that the Customer agrees that:
1. The information provided by the Customer prior to DHL’s acceptance of risk is true and accurate,
2. Protection is limited to the value declared by you, replacement or reconstruction cost, invoice value or actual cash value, with no element of consequential loss. Evidence may
be requested to substantiate the declared value in the event of a claim,
3. It shall advise DHL of any material changes to the information supplied,
4. DHL reserves the right to amend the charge upon 15 days notice,
5. All shipments shall be transported in accordance with the following:
(i) Customer has 30 days (subject to contract conditions) to register an SVP Claim from the date of shipment acceptance by DHL. If a claim is submitted after this period
without a reasonable explanation for the delay, DHL may not honour the claim
(ii) DHL, their insurers or their agents may inspect any damaged shipments
(iii) Customer shall not dispose of any damaged item or packaging that is the subject of a claim unless DHL, its insurers or their agents agrees in writing to such disposal
(iv) DHL’s standard terms and conditions of carriage printed on the reverse of DHL’s air waybill or available upon request will apply to the carriage of all goods transported by
DHL. This letter shall govern in the event of any conflict with any other agreements between DHL and Customer for the services described herein
(v) Shipment Value Protection charge of 1% of declared value or INR 600/- whichever is higher for Outbound shipments and/or 1% of declared value or INR 1200/- whichever
is higher for Inbound shipments will be applicable to all shipments transported under this agreement

You agree that DHL will add a separate amount to the relevant invoice for each GOGREEN Carbon Neutral shipment. It will be INR 8 per kilogram of billable weight for
international shipments, but shall not be lower than the minimum charge of INR 8 per shipment.
Any other terms of business between our two companies are unaffected by this document. Shipments sent as GOGREEN Carbon Neutral will continue to be covered by the
terms of existing agreements between our companies. DHL’s General Terms and Conditions of Carriage will continue to apply.
We will treat this as authority to start providing the GOGREEN Carbon Neutral service and invoicing you for it.
