INFORMATION

Accused Queen Vi commits a crime of FRUSTRATED MURDER, in violation of Art. 248, as

amended, committed as follows:

That on or about the 1st day of March, 2019, in the City of Manila, National Capital
Region, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused using a
disguise as an old crone, with intent to kill, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, assault, attack, and wound SNOW WHITE, her stepdaughter, in the Small Cottage
House of the Seven Dwarfs, with the use of a poisoned apple, and with treachery, rendering her
unconscious, thus performing all the acts of execution which would have produced Murder as a
consequence but which did not, as her evil designs were foiled by the dwarfs who arrived and
rescued Snow White.
