INFORMATION

The undersigned accused A of the crime of HOMICIDE, defined and

penalized under Article 249 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as
follows:

That on the 3rd day of November, 2020, in the City of

Manila, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the said accused did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously shot his wife B with a gun
upon discovering that B was a transgender, on their first
night together as husband and wife, leading to the
latter’s death.
