WHAT IS THE HSEQ PROGRAM?

INTRODUCTION:

H (Health) S (Safety) E (Environment) Q (Quality) are representative abbreviations that are

reflected in the GIS (Integrated Management System) that make up the standards: ISO

9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015, ISO 45001- 2018 These are guidelines to follow for those

companies that want to improve their productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and

competitiveness in the labor market, in addition to increasing the efficiency, effectiveness

and effectiveness of processes, allowing an industrial development based on environmental

protection, occupational health and safety.

JUSTIFICATION: The integrated quality, environment, safety and occupational health

management program was created to provide all productive sectors, among others, with the

possibility of incorporating competent personnel. in each of its corresponding areas. ISO

9001-2015 describes a quality management system that can be applied to any type of

company or organization, regardless of its type or size. Since the objective of any company

should be to offer products or services that meet the needs and expectations of customers,

are suitable for the intended use, comply with applicable legal provisions and are

competitive from the point of view of cost, any system that meet these requirements will be

universally applicable In general, the benefits derived from quality management are:-

Continuously improve the quality of the products or services offered.- Increase the

satisfaction of customers, employees, suppliers, owners, etc.- Improve the management of

the company, an aspect derived directly from the previous two. Environmental

management refers to management, including planning, that develops, implements, and

maintains environmental policy. This can be understood as the set of guidelines that an
organization must adopt to achieve the production process with the environment, without

harming any of the parties. The elements that revolve around environmental management

are: Environmental policy, Environmental aspects, Legal requirements and other

requirements, Objectives and objectives, Environmental management program, structure

and responsibilities, Training, awareness and professional competence, communication,

sgm documentation, Documentation control, Operational control, Emergency plans and

response capacity, Monitoring and measurement, Non-conformity, corrective action and

preventive action, Records, Audit of the environmental management system, Management

review. The Occupational Health and Safety Management System is a discipline that aims

to prevent injuries and illnesses caused by poor working conditions. Protect workers by

promoting health. Its objective is to improve working conditions and the working

environment to protect the well-being of its workers. What is intended to be achieved by

developing continuous improvement, anticipates all the risks that may affect the safety or

health of workers, this is carried out by evaluating and controlling them through 6 clauses

that are: Leadership and participation of workers , planning, support, operation,

performance evaluation, improvement.

CONCLUSION: According to the text seen, we must take into account the rules that make

up the GIS (integrated management system) for the benefits they bring to companies, their

products, process improvement, training and safety of workers in the area of work, the total

satisfaction of the client and the suppliers create an excellent advertising image.
