Dear Parents & Guardians:

It is our pleasure to offer the OLOPSC Grade 6 graduates the Education Service
Contracting (ESC) Grant. This grant aims to extend accessibility of Junior High School
education in the private schools. In this program, the government subsidizes the amount of
P13,000.00 per year from Grade 7 to Grade 10 for every approved grantee.

Be prepared with scanned or soft copies of the following documents/requirements:

1. Recent 2x2 photo with white background (make sure that the photo is clear)
2. Proof of Income which can be any of the following:
Latest Income Tax Return of the previous year OR
Certification of Unemployment Signed by the Mayor (if applicable) OR
Certificate of Tax Exemption (if applicable)

These requirements will be uploaded in the Application Form. Start of application will be
July 1, 2020 and deadline for submission will be August 30, 2020. Only the application of
those who are officially enrolled will be processed. This is on a first come, first served
basis.
