    RE: LETTER REQUESTING FOR A NEW WATER PUMP

    Dear Sir,

    Good day!

    May I inform your good office that the water pump that is being used in maintaining the
    cleanliness of the swimming pool is no longer functioning. The students are not able to use the
    pool because the water is not safe for swimming.

    In this light, may I request for a new WATER PUMP that can be used as a replacement for the
    said non-functioning water pump. I hope that this request will be granted by your office. Thank
