BCC Architect Software Updates and Service Packs

Support for Output Management Software

BCC Architect Software integrates with Quadient’s output management software to

enhance the document preparation process.

• Integrates with Quadient’s output management software

• Utilizes USPS® CASS Certified™ for address validation
• Includes USPS PAVE™ certified postal presorting for best rates
• Move Update and NCOA updates to ensure that communications reach their
intended recipients

The USPS requires that an update to the CASS files every 95 days, therefore, BCC Software
sends out an update release every other month to maintain compliance with the USPS
regulations. This is a mandatory update that must be completed for the Architect software
to perform properly.

Address Correction Data Files Updates
The USPS® releases new Address Correction files on a monthly basis. CASS Certified™
address matching software uses these files to perform address correction that qualifies
mailings for discounted postage in accordance with USPS requirements.
How the Address Correction Files are Used by the Architect Software
Your Architect Software uses the address correction files to reference the most current USPS
address information. In order to make use of the files, you must either have them installed
on your computer.
Keeping the Address Correction Files Up-to-Date
Each set of Address Correction Data files are valid for a two-month period. You do not need
to install the updated files every month, but you do need to ensure that your address
correction files are updated before they expire.

Benefits of Updating Monthly

Installing every Address Correction Files update will provide you with the latest routes,
streets, and all other changes published by the USPS each month.
