 HEALTHY AND UNHEALTHY HABITS.

My food is various i try to eat food from each group, balancing each food, do not eat excess

flour, zumba for the time one week,practice volleyball to improve my mobility and my

reflections, but i love eating scrap food, i like soft drinks, soft drinks and food in a package

MY FAREWELL ELEVEN

My last vacation was in november last year,it was my farewell eleven, we were in

bucaramanga, cartagena, santa marta and the chicamocha canyon.

Bucaramanga the water park was amazing, people are very good.

We were in cartagena for the reignand we saw the coronation, we stayed at the maravilla

hotel, surrounded by luxuries, buffet food, we know the castle san fernando, the city walled

and the monumeto india catalina.

In santa marta we made a vallenata party, and we had a lot of free time to be able to know

his culture, we climbed the sierra nevada de santamarta.

Finally in the chicamocha canyon we rode the cable car and got into the pool.

In these places I ate food that I did not know like fish , I drove jet skis ,boat and carriage

On my tour we must have certain hours to do each of the activities and the important thing

that we all did it in the company of my former colleagues and we had a grear time

I´ll share my last vacation text.

On my last vacation I went to Panama to meet Pope Francis at the World Youth Day. I

travelled with a large group of wonderful people, most of them, very young.

We arrived in Panama City at about 10:00 pm on January 14th. Immediately, we travelled

to a very small village in Colón. That night we slept in a school, on the floor.

During the first week, we had a Christian mission in a small town called Cuango, in Santa

Isabel District, Colón Province. We shared some Bible passages about love, peace, joy, and

hope. Most of the inhabitants were Christians, so it was pretty interesting to pray, sing and

treat each other like real brothers and sisters.

During the first weekend, we travelled to Colón which is a city in Colón Province. We had

the opportunity to go to the Mass and had a great picnic at one of the hosts´ mansion.

On Monday, January 21st, we started the WYD. Everything was so emotional. I stayed in

Nuevo Zorrillo, in Arraijan District, Panama Province. I had very special moments there as

I met an awesome family.

The most special thing was when I saw Pope Francis for the first time in Cinta Costera, in

Panama City. He stayed 4 days in Panama, visiting those in prison, the sick, and the poor. I

learned many things from this Christian meeting, especially to be humble as the servant,

Mary.

 Finally, I returned to Colombia on January 28th.

 
God has been so good to me, He is the Lord, He loves me so much, I love Him as well.

MOM’S TRIP TO CARTAGENA

Mom had short vacations for a weekend on June last year, she traveled from Saturday

through Monday. She tells that it was an amazing   trip, she says that Cartagena is a magic

city, she tells me that Cartagena has many places which deserve to be heard, like San

Felipe’s Castle, India Catalina’s Monument, Walled City, Clock’s Tower, among others. Its

paths, its hanging balconies, the contagious joy of its people not to talk about its beautiful

beaches on Barú or Rosary Islands, such a beautiful color have the fauna and flora in the

sea. Mom says that she would repeat this trip several times without a doubt, Cartagena

parties are nice, the weather, the music, the environment, all these things make Cartagena a

wonderful destination for tourists. Its traditional food is exquisite, she loved red snapper,

Shrimp ceviche and traditional carimañolas.
