Development of listening skills

Skills of listening in learning language have been ignored despite of important

and needed ability to communicate in the society. There are many listening
skills that help us to improve language that we study or we love to learn it.
One of them (Podcasting) it is a nice way and easy to use it. We have different
uses of podcasting, it is different depending on a persons , their ability to use it
and their interest in it. Podcasting has many uses in different ways such as,
politics, religion, economic, in learning, developing a new language and other
useful and smart uses.

The ability to follow a speaker and respond appropriately needs to be taught

like all other language skills. An ingenious way to teaching listening skill has
protruded, because of audio publishing. It is known as (Podcasting) it has
become common, because it helps the learners of language extra listening
practice both inside, and outside of classroom.

It provides a way to learn, discover and explore education . Podcasting has the
ability to develop and teach the language, and this needs research, and study
to prove it. This skill requires attention, focus and understand the audio.

It is used by teachers in teaching languages, and evaluated the students, and

their desire to develop themselves either through individual listening, or
willing to improve their listening skills.
The results give insights into a practice of developing the listening skills. Some
of the reasons of researching are described from us, like mixed learning, this
means creating a mix of curricula for learning by listening online, or the exams
in the classroom at school , or the place of learning.

We can see the podcasting in the book curricula that taught at the school,
when the teachers turn on the audio tape and the students try to follow and
pay attention to it, they should answer the questions which are asked after
they listen to the audio. This style is great and smart to do it, it supports the
students , or the learners to improve their skills of listening.

In my opinion, we should try to use this way, if we want to improve our

listening skills. It is easy, useful, smart and good mode. It has various uses in
different ways. The listening needs development, because of its importance in
the communication so, we have to improve our skill. If we do this style, it
becomes easier to communicate and more understand. It helps the learners in
their study a new language, by do listening practice, like listening to songs,
news or listening to conversations in that language. Finally, this skill needs to
study more about podcasting and make searching to have information about
it.
