Definitions
Infant mortality rate (IMR) is defined as the probability of dying between birth and exactly 1 year of age,
expressed per 1000 live births

Under 5 mortality rate (U5MR) is defined as the probability of dying between birth and exactly 5 years of
age, expressed per 1000 live births
