As an OD practitioner, I perform as an agile organization systems designer who views

the whole organization as a living organism. Using a system-wide application and
transfer of behavioral science knowledge to the planned development, work to improve
and reinforce the strategies, structures, and processes that lead to organization
effectiveness. I design sustainable conditions that would allow people to grow and find
solutions to their problems from within.
