EACC Member Engagement Chart

EACC Auvergne-Rhone-Alps is a private and independent organization with affiliates in

Paris, New York, Cincinnati, Princeton, and the Carolinas. EACC is a transatlantic
business networking organization that offers its members opportunities as well as timely
and relevant thought leadership, resources, and support affecting business activities.
Growth is a tool to enable every member in the Lyon chapter to become more
successful. We encourage members to support and talk to each other and share what is
working for them and their contact spheres.

Our Mission

Our mission is to stimulate transatlantic trade and development by building networks

and relationships between European and American businesses.

Our Vision

EACC serves a greater good by helping businesses around the world to create a culture
of collaboration and service. We are all in business to make a profit, but business
should serve a greater need. Business can be honorable and noble and make a
difference in communities and individual lives.

Core Values

EACC’s core values help to establish its vision and culture.

There are five established core values in EACC:

1. Service
2. Building Meaningful Relationships
3. Lifelong Learning
4. Traditions + Innovation
5. Collaboration

Attendance Policy

Attendance at (monthly?) chapter meetings is critical to your EACC membership and

our members. Each member is allowed three (3) absences every six (6) months (April
through September and October through March) without sending a representative. If a
member is unable to attend, they can send a representative in their absence. Members
absent more than three times during these six-month terms may have their classification
opened, and reevaluated by the chapter’s Leadership Team or Membership Committee.

Members must represent their primary occupation, not a part-time business.

The weekly meetings last for 90 minutes (?). Members need to arrive on time and stay
for the entire meeting.
Members are allowed to join other business clubs while active in EACC. The Leadership
Team discourages members from joining several business networking groups that limit
one person per profession. Multiple memberships may substantially reduce their
commitment to the EACC chapter members.

All new members must complete the Member Success Program* (MSP) a welcome
overview within the first 60 days of their initiation. Only after completing the MSP
training may the new member, be added to the “speaker rotation” for the chapter. Any
new members not attending the MSP overview after being inducted into the chapter will
be subject to having their classification opened by the Membership Committee.

I have received the EACC General Policies above. I agree to the above policies &
understand that failure to participate may result in my membership category being
opened up without refund but with due notice & procedure.
